Meet Your Coach

I am a  trauma informed teacher, coach and writer.

I spent a lot of my life searching for an answer to the many symptoms that overwhelmed me daily and caused me to lose touch with the home inside.

From physical to mental, I knew there had to be one cause for the many chronic labels I acquired such as; complex ptsd, major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, mast cell activation syndrome, chronic inflammatory response syndrome, multiple chemical sensitivity, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome and more.

After many years of suffering in extreme states, I found that of these  issues were rooted in a dysregulated nervous system and I had the power to change it.

I could reconnect with my center and heal mind, body and spirit.

So, I did.

Now, I offer brain and body strategies to help you do the same and support you in your journey to healing.

My Approach


I offer a safe space where all parts of you are welcome and trauma informed support and guidance for anyone living in a chronic state (physical and/or mental) as you commit to befriending and regulating your body and nervous system. Through use of powerful questions, I can help you gain clarity as to what may be keeping you stuck as well as help you get unstuck by teaching about the nervous system, and helping you listen to your body to see what it needs. Other modalities I use in coaching are somatic experiencing, tension and trauma release exercises, parts work, neural retraining exercises, vagus nerve exercises, and mindfulness techniques.


I offer individual TRE sessions (tension and trauma release exercises) to help the body break down holding patterns. Individual sessions can be one time or a series of sessions in which we gradually build the intensity and frequency of this practice, as well as work with the "trauma story."


I offer group TRE classes , with a maximum of three participants, to help cut cost as well as benefit from the powerful group co regulation that occurs during these sessions.

Who Do I Work With?

I coach you who is searching for a safe place to land, be held and seen in non judgement and compassion.

I coach you who is sick and tired of searching endlessly for physical and/or mental  relief and feeling unheard.

I coach you who has acquired a list of chronic diagnoses and is ready to let go of  (or at least put aside) the filled boxes of supplements, accordion folder of medical paperwork, library of self help books and begin to befriend the body (and nervous system) waiting to hear you. 

I coach you who carries emotional sensations that are asking to be heard and not necessarily physical illness.

My chronic illnesses began with anxiety and hurt and I know what it is like to be unsure how to stop it from the start and if it manifests into physical issues. Nervous system regulation is key in creating an apt environment to help in healing  many chronic issues as well as symptoms such as anxiety and depression.

I offer trauma informed support for anyone struggling physically and/or emotionally,  ready to take a leap of faith to try something new. 

If you have begun a nervous system retraining program, I am able to guide and support you through it, and offer more suggestions on how to proceed.
